To access the new web-site simply click Sign In or click on the 'Click Here to Register Now' box to the right.

If you are new to the web-site, you must first register by completing the registration information and specifying a personal User Name and Password.  In order to be accepted, the 'required fields' must match the current directory information.

HINT:  Everyone is a new user the first time entering the site so you must start out by registering as a NEW user on the RIGHT side of the Sign-In screen (right side of the 'OR' in the center of the Sign-In screen).  

Hint:  When registering for the first time your entry must include your Last Name and your address must initially be entered as '6225 N. Coast Hwy 101, Newport, Oregon 97365', specifying your Lot Number as the Unit Number.)

Once you have successfully signed in to the site you are encouraged to take the time to navigate through the Main menu and associated Sub-menus to explore the contents of the site.  By clicking on the Site Update tab under the main menu Home tab you will find information regarding what specific features are available.
